📋 Description

• Lead the CMM Data Modernization and Governance team • Deliver integrated data governance, engineering, data platform, reporting, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities • Act as the single point of contact for contract execution and strategic alignment • Coordinate contracts, ensure performance accountability, and engage strategic stakeholders • Act with authority for the Contractor on daily contract operations • Serve as senior technical authority for development, architecture, integration, and modernization activities • Define technical strategy, architecture vision, engineering standards, and modernization roadmap • Ensure alignment with enterprise, security, and compliance standards • Manage communications, reporting, and coordination • Oversee call-order performance, standards, schedules, resources, costs, budgets, and personnel • Determine objectives and allocate resources • Manage development, operations, and implementation using Agile Project Management techniques • Create and maintain the CMM roadmap • Facilitate meetings, document summaries, capture decisions, and track action items • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule • Provide biweekly Agile reports, including sprint, backlog, burndown, retrospective, and risk reports • Maintain the RAID log and other project-management artifacts • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Provide transparent stakeholder reporting on progress, risks, financials, and outcomes • Provide the COR and government leads with analysis, research, alternatives, and solution/design options

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in IT Management, including technology solutions delivery • Experience with data governance strategy, standards development, implementation, operational support, and change management services • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Expertise overseeing teams dedicated to big data cloud solution architecture, cybersecurity, data management, business intelligence, and analytics • Excellent customer-facing skills and experience briefing senior executive leadership • Skills in Data Governance, Data Warehousing (DW), and IT Program Management • No security clearance required • U.S. citizenship is not required
