📋 Description

• Lead the CMM Data Modernization and Governance team • Deliver integrated data governance, data engineering, data platform, reporting, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities • Act as the single point of contact for contract execution and alignment with strategic goals • Provide contract coordination, performance accountability, and strategic stakeholder engagement • Act as the Contractor’s authority for daily contract operations • Serve as senior technical authority for development, architecture, integration, and modernization activities • Define technical strategy, architecture vision, engineering standards, and modernization roadmap • Ensure alignment with enterprise, security, and compliance standards • Manage internal and external communications, reporting, and coordination • Oversee call-order performance, work standards, schedules, resources, budgets, costs, and Contractor personnel • Determine and implement objectives and allocate resources • Manage development, operations, and implementation tasks using Agile Project Management techniques • Create and maintain a roadmap aligned with organizational strategy and business outcomes • Facilitate project meetings, document summaries, capture decisions, and track action items • Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule with milestones and dependencies • Provide biweekly Agile reports, including sprint, backlog, burndown, retrospective, and risk reports • Maintain RAID logs and other project management artifacts • Identify, communicate, and mitigate technical, operational, and business risks • Provide transparent stakeholder reporting on progress, risks, financials, and outcomes • Provide the COR and government leads with analysis, research, alternatives, and solution/design options for the CMM effort

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of IT Management experience, including technology solutions delivery • Experience in data governance strategy, standards development, implementation, operations support, and change management • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Expertise overseeing teams focused on big data cloud solution architecture, cybersecurity, data management, business intelligence, and analytics • Excellent customer-facing skills and experience briefing senior executive leadership • Ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Data Governance knowledge • Data Warehousing (DW) knowledge • IT Program Management knowledge • US citizenship is not required • No clearance is currently required and no clearance must be obtained • No travel required
