📋 Description

• Lead the full lifecycle of strategic programs from scoping and planning through execution and optimization • Ensure programs align with OCHIN’s mission and organizational goals • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners • Serve as the primary point of contact for program inquiries • Communicate program progress, outcomes, and roadmaps • Apply project management techniques to prioritize tasks, manage resources, mitigate risks, and uphold governance and quality standards • Use data and analytics to guide program direction and improve deliverables and member experience • Identify opportunities to increase adoption and optimize tools, technologies, and processes • Monitor industry trends, regulatory requirements, and internal services • Promote a member-centric culture and uphold OCHIN’s brand integrity • Provide consultation and technical assistance, manage grant compliance, foster funder relationships, and align stakeholder communication and processes • Travel nationally for Go-Live installations, training, or on-site support as required

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities • Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in budgeting and financial management • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and relationship management across internal and external partners • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Willingness and ability to travel nationally, up to 20%, for on-site Go-Live support or other business requirements • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption before hire
