📋 Description

• Lead complex new product programs from early concept and technical discovery through development, launch, iteration, and scale • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate product strategy into executable roadmaps, sequencing work across multiple teams and technical systems • Create clarity around architecture, dependencies, risk, operational readiness, and critical decisions throughout product development • Coordinate across Engineering, Design, Data, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure end-to-end launches • Build launch and experimentation frameworks to test assumptions, learn from member behavior, and use data to inform next steps • Anticipate technical and operational constraints, balancing speed to market with reliability, scalability, and long-term flexibility • Help establish the operating foundation for thoughtful experimentation, confident launches, and scalable products • Shape program execution with autonomy, using member insight, data, technical realities, and cross-functional partnership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, including significant ownership of consumer product launches or 0→1 initiatives • Proven experience taking products from early definition through launch in partnership with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams • Strong technical fluency across mobile applications, APIs, distributed systems, data platforms, and third-party integrations • Experience operating in ambiguous product environments where requirements, technical approaches, and priorities evolve • Strong understanding of experimentation, analytics, launch readiness, and product development lifecycles • Ability to identify dependencies and risks across multiple teams and turn complexity into clear decisions and execution plans • Strong written and verbal communication, particularly when translating technical or regulatory complexity for senior stakeholders • Track record of influencing without direct authority and building alignment across teams with different priorities • Fintech experience across banking, payments, credit, lending, or other consumer financial products is a bonus • Experience launching products involving financial partners, regulated workflows, or complex operational processes is a bonus • Familiarity with LaunchDarkly, FullStory, Looker, Snowflake, and GCP is a bonus • Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
