📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning product launches, platform modernization, operational tooling, and strategic infrastructure initiatives • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define roadmaps, sequence priorities, and make trade-offs across features, scalability, and technical investments • Coordinate execution across multiple engineering squads and partner teams, aligning dependencies, ownership, and delivery milestones • Drive transformation initiatives involving process redesign, automation, system migrations, and third-party integrations • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Analytics, and Operations teams • Manage delivery with external vendors and financial partners, identifying risks and keeping programs on track • Strengthen Agile delivery practices, CI/CD processes, governance frameworks, and program reporting • Communicate program health, risks, trade-offs, and execution progress to senior leadership • Mentor TPMs and cross-functional partners • Help Dave deliver and scale financial products and systems for its members

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field • 8–12+ years of experience, including significant experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs in agile, high-growth environments • Proven track record bringing products or platforms from concept through launch with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams • Strong technical acumen across mobile ecosystems, data pipelines, APIs, and platform infrastructure • Experience leading system migrations, process redesign, automation, or platform consolidation • Experience managing external vendors and strategic partners across complex delivery programs • Hands-on experience using dashboards, analytics, and experimentation frameworks to drive program decisions and measure outcomes • Strong communication skills translating technical, operational, and regulatory complexity into business recommendations • Experience influencing across organizations without direct authority and building alignment in evolving environments • Fintech experience across banking, payments, lending, or credit products (bonus) • Familiarity with LaunchDarkly, FullStory, Looker, Snowflake, and GCP (bonus) • Agile, SAFe, or Project Management certifications (bonus) • Ability to live and work anywhere in the United States except Hawaii • Permanent authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
