📋 Description

• Support corporate and internal communications goals, including expanding and maximizing the company intranet • Assist with company intranet management, including content curation, troubleshooting, and training site managers and associates • Help drive intranet growth through planning and buildout • Manage intranet data through mining, analysis, reporting, and recommendations for stakeholders • Research and develop stories for internal communications channels, including the intranet and newsletters • Increase intranet and newsletter readership through content gathering, calendar management, and stakeholder engagement • Partner with business units and departments on intranet pages, communications requests, and troubleshooting • Perform other assigned duties and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with a company intranet is a plus • Critical thinking skills and understanding of modern communications technology • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks • Strong teamwork orientation • Self-starter with a high level of initiative • Strong attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or marketing is preferred • 2–4 years of relevant communications/marketing experience • Experience building and maintaining a company intranet is preferred • Experience with intranet software is preferred but not required • Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint • Google Workspace, including Gmail and Google Docs • PowerPoint/basic design skills • No certifications, licenses, or registrations required
