• Manage multi-investor fund execution and closing • Manage several investor relationships • Coordinate with in-house and outside legal counsel • Lead review and negotiation of partnership agreement terms • Drive the fund closing process • Maintain strong communication cadence with investors • Capture evolving investment criteria • Respond to reporting and information needs from investors • Coordinate due diligence meetings • Share information about other Enterprise capital products and initiatives • Drive cross-functional alignment and champion process improvements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Urban Planning, or related field required • 5+ years of experience underwriting LIHTC investments and/or executing proprietary or multi-investor LIHTC funds • Strong understanding of LIHTC structuring and investor underwriting processes • Experience with real estate legal documents • Advanced Excel modeling • Strong written and oral communication skills • Salesforce preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines • Highly service-oriented and self-motivated • Must obtain or hold FINRA SIE, Series 22, and Series 63 licenses
