📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of clients, managing timeliness and accuracy of utility bill receipt, processing, and distribution • Accountable for accurate and timely monthly resident billing • Ensure proper procedures and follow-ups are executed, according to SOP’s • Coordinate with UEM team members to ensure timely receipt of monthly utility bills • Coordinate with Utility Service Managers to ensure billing is completed in accordance with the needs of the client • Provide customer support for residents with questions about utility charges • Partner with other team members on projects and audits related to the success of the ResidentUtility service • Assist team members, as needed, to fulfill their job duties • Meet department metrics and KPI’s

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel • Ability to deliver quality results with strict deadlines • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Self-motivated with or without supervision; a healthy desire to constantly succeed • Organizational skills needed to balance workload to achieve optimal results • Ability to work well with others in a team setting
