• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules across transmission line, distribution line, and substation projects from initiation through closeout • Establish schedule baselines and coding standards aligned with scope, WBS, milestones, and regulatory or contract constraints • Perform weekly, biweekly, and monthly project updates • Run CPM calculations and conduct critical path, float, variance, and trend analyses • Produce look-ahead reports and milestone tracking • Track schedule performance using earned value metrics, including SPI and CPI • Contribute to recovery plans when milestones are at risk • Publish portfolio and project control reports for leadership and clients • Identify schedule risks, run what-if scenarios, propose mitigations, and support change management • Perform schedule QA/QC checks • Lead or participate in weekly schedule review meetings with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders • Communicate conflicts and recommend actions • Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to embed Project Controls processes into RFPs and contracts • Review bidders' proposals for Project Controls compliance and make recommendations • Serve as Project Controls liaison during contract award and execution • Verify contractors implement agreed scheduling, EVM, and delay-log processes and escalate deviations
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred • 5+ years of work experience in Project Controls, Project Management, or Scheduling required • Proficiency in Primavera P6 required • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables • Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM), float analysis, and schedule risk analysis • Demonstrated experience working with contracts/RFPs is a plus • Experience with large-scale capital projects in utility, construction, or infrastructure is highly valued • Procore experience is a plus • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Candidates sought in the New England region
