📋 Description

• Create and refine detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Plant 3D • Transform survey data into accurate, high-quality plans • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and design coordinators • Prepare complete drawing packages for client submittals • Ensure drawings meet client specifications, design coordinator instructions, industry standards, and client standards • Contribute to innovative design solutions • Help deliver projects on time and within budget

🎯 Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science degree (AAS) in Design and Drafting Technology, CAD Certification, or equivalent prior work experience • 2–4 years of experience in the design and drafting field • Some Utilities industry knowledge • Proficient in AutoCAD, including X-Refs and understanding coordinate systems • Experience within the Oil and Gas Industry such as Gas Distribution Systems and/or Compressor Stations preferred • Basic knowledge of advanced CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D, or Civil 3D preferred • Excellent communication skills • Organized and able to stay on task and complete projects within budget • Detail oriented for producing a high-quality package • Self-motivated • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate, high-quality drawings and collaborating effectively with the team
