📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert and company resource for steam turbine consulting projects • Interpret project objects and develop actionable plans to ensure schedule and hour targets are met or exceeded • Prepare for client meetings and lead discussions, demonstrating technical expertise in turbine and generator engineering • Assist management with business opportunities, conferences, and training sessions • Interface with industry organizations such as EPRI • Travel requirement of up to 10-15% for site visits, client meetings, and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering • 8 - 10+ years of demonstrated experience in steam turbine and generator engineering, or services-related roles • Proficiency in relevant engineering, calculations, assessments, and analyses • Willingness to travel as required to support projects and business development initiatives • Professional Engineering licensure and advanced degree (preferred)
