📋 Description

• Solve complex business challenges through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI • Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic problems • Build and tune predictive and NLP models • Design data pipelines supporting scalable solutions • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for clients and stakeholders • Work with large, complex datasets and connect data from multiple sources • Develop production-ready models that drive measurable business outcomes • Explore optimization approaches and automate processes • Identify insights that improve operational performance • Serve as a trusted advisor and leader across the organization • Partner with engineering, business stakeholders, and clients to shape data strategy and prioritize opportunities • Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling • Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience • Proven experience developing and delivering data science solutions in a production environment • Advanced proficiency in Python for machine learning, data analysis, and automation • Expert-level SQL skills and experience with relational databases • Experience integrating data from multiple systems through APIs • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, predictive modeling, and analytical methodologies • Experience building, validating, and deploying machine learning models that drive business outcomes • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights • Experience developing and deploying NLP solutions preferred • Experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms, Azure preferred • Familiarity with MLOps practices and maintaining production machine learning models preferred • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing business decisions through data preferred • Experience mentoring and developing other data scientists preferred
