• Active registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) or CSAC supervisee • Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing substance use and/or mental health services in individual, family, or group settings • Knowledge of ASAM criteria, relapse-prevention strategies, and evidence-based addiction treatment approaches • Ability to facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups in a virtual setting • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to maintain a private, confidential workspace and reliable internet access for telehealth service
