📋 Description

• Utilize a range of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking sites, and direct outreach • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings • Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract passive candidates • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status • Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database • Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status.

🎯 Requirements

• One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies, procedures, and jobs’ impact on the organization • Make quality decisions and meet the timeliness of those decisions • Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role • Work independently, see business needs, and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, and utilize time • Attend to the needs and expectations of customers • Engage effectively in dialogue.
