📋 Description

• Create, schedule, and publish social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube • Assist with social media content calendars supporting marketing campaigns, company initiatives, and events • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content, images, videos, and stories • Coordinate with creative agencies to develop campaigns, graphics, videos, and digital assets • Collaborate with partner marketing to promote partner initiatives across social channels • Research and recommend emerging platforms, trends, and best practices • Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and provide feedback for quarterly partner reports • Review social media copy for brand alignment • Monitor channels for comments, messages, and mentions • Respond to inquiries and engage with followers • Escalate customer service issues or sensitive communications • Grow channel followers • Track performance using platform analytics and reporting tools • Assist with monthly and quarterly reports on engagement, reach, audience growth, and website traffic • Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement • Support organic and paid social media campaigns • Promote webinars, events, product launches, and corporate initiatives • Align social media efforts with broader marketing goals • Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, competitor activity, industry news, and best practices • Recommend content ideas and engagement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field • 0-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Internship experience in marketing, communications, or social media preferred • Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social preferred • Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting preferred • Experience creating content using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools preferred • Experience creating and posting content to SharePoint preferred
