📋 Description

• Perform hardware configuration, imaging, and on-site deployment • Utilize helpdesk software to track and respond to requests, log activity, and resolve issues in a timely manner • Monitor helpdesk software and respond to support requests • Administer Active Directory accounts • Troubleshoot hardware and software, including Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems, and other in-house and third-party software • Administer Cisco Call Manager • Administer Unity voicemail • Adhere to corporate asset management procedures • Support installation and configuration of employee workstations • Manage printer maintenance and support • Manage additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• One or more years of experience in an IT profession • Four Year College Degree preferred • A+ Certification preferred • Excellent customer service skills on phone and in person • Professional demeanor • Ability to think and come up with solutions quickly • Knowledge of Networks preferable • Ability to engage in seated and occasional standing or walking activities
