• Lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of one or more EPS Learning product lines • Translate market needs and instructional goals into product vision, actionable roadmaps, and literacy solutions for K–12 educators and students • Partner with editorial and engineering teams to define requirements, set priorities, and guide product execution • Oversee pricing, positioning, and overall product strategy • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, sales, customer success, and professional learning teams • Manage products through the full product life cycle • Own the PK–12 core and supplemental markets and monitor customer needs, competitors, market shifts, trends, and funding sources • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction and decisions • Gather buyer and user insights through interviews, surveys, customer visits, and product analysis tools • Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external cross-functional stakeholders • Document and prioritize product requirements • Contribute to product launch training and ongoing support with sales and marketing • Create and maintain product management protocols for efficient project completion within budget and timeline constraints • Serve as an internal and external evangelist for the product portfolio • Drive top-line growth and bottom-line performance
• 7 to 10 years of product management experience • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related business field • Prior classroom educator, administrator, or education industry-related experience • Experience developing and bringing to market K–12 solutions aligned to curriculum standards, instructional goals, and accountability requirements • Deep knowledge of K–12 literacy, assessment, and supplemental curriculum markets, pedagogy, and national standards • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences • Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth • Experience with iterative/agile product development processes • Ability to work and collaborate in Eastern and Central time zones • Resume attachment required • Master’s degree preferred
