📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses through telehealth • Implement FBT, CBT-E, CBT for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments across the lifespan • Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients, with 20-26 hours of direct care and remaining time for administrative tasks • Participate in initial and ongoing training • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions • Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, family mentors, and outside providers • Use between-session messaging and communicate with the treatment team through Equip’s EMR • Participate in treatment-team meetings, supervision, and department meetings • Maintain home-state licensure and obtain additional state licenses as requested • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in Arkansas • Ability to support patients of all ages, co-occurring conditions, backgrounds, cultures, and varying acuity • Passion for evidence-based care and treatment • Availability to provide care two evenings per week until 8pm in the patient caseload’s primary time zone • Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting • Passion for mental health and eating-disorder treatment • Ability to provide 30 hours per week of availability for direct patient care • Ability to commit to at least 16 hours of direct patient care after 2pm during the week • Ability to attend mandatory meetings, supervision, trainings, treatment huddles, labs, and all-hands meetings • Preferred: experience in Family-Based Treatment and/or eating-disorder treatment • Preferred: experience with evidence-based treatment and/or intensive treatment settings • Preferred: experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and trauma • Preferred: case management experience and/or multidisciplinary care-team experience • Required graduate program completion in mental health counseling/therapy accredited by CACREP, COAMFTE, CSWE, MPCAC, or equivalent • Required fully/independently licensed mental health therapist • Ability to provide reliable internet and a private workspace • Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship requirements disclosed during application
