📋 Description

• Assist the contract team by completing necessary rental documents in a timely manner • Fact-check rental documents for compliance purposes • Champion safe job practices • Work directly with customers to solve their problems • Collaborate effectively in a team environment • Perform other duties as needed • Work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Be on call during weekends only in special circumstances

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of inventory management, accounts payable, or receivables experience • Comfortable using technology, including laptops and tablets • Knowledge of OSHA requirements (preferred) • Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Customer relationship-building and maintenance skills • Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company • Ability to stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services • Employment contingent on passing a background check • Some roles require passing a drug test, depending on job responsibilities
