• Provide critical financial and leadership services in financial strategy, financial planning, and budgeting • Oversee a team of 8 individual contributors • Ensure compliance with GAAP • Lead and manage the month-end close processes • Prepare operating budgets and forecasts • Facilitate financial audits and provide recommendations
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA designation strongly preferred • Minimum of 9 years of progressive accounting experience • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP Business by Design, Concur, Adaptive) • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Index/Match, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) • Ability to manage a larger team
