📋 Description

• Manage the classroom for effective learning • Demonstrate knowledge of competency-based and computer assigned instruction, cooperative learning techniques, and trainee engagement through classroom observation • Maintain lesson plans relevant to course material • Create innovative and interactive training for students • Coordinate and engage with the academic department for integrated learning opportunities • Assist with job placement, military, college, post-secondary education, and obtaining primary credentials • Develop industry partnerships that could lead to work-based learning, internships, and job placement outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of Associates Degree • At least two years' related experience • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations • Must be able to draft reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and practical situations such as probability, statistical inference, and proportions • Valid State Driver’s License recommended • Certification/experience in vocational trade preferred • For the National Trade Council, the instructor must be certified by a union or trade organization or by a national trade certifying organization
