📋 Description

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, and professional positions • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop recruiting strategies • Establish appropriate sourcing approaches • Source and proactively identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and other channels • Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical qualifications, experience, communication skills, and interest • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication among candidates, hiring managers, interview teams, and stakeholders • Manage candidates in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate and timely documentation • Provide hiring managers with market insight, candidate feedback, and recommendations • Maintain consistent candidate communication and a positive candidate experience • Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement initiatives • Participate in career fairs, networking events, university recruiting activities, and other talent acquisition initiatives • Support hiring across ERG's Facilities Group

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience • 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, or other specialized positions • Ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining communication and collaboration within a geographically distributed team • Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders • Must currently hold or be able to obtain a DoD Secret-level security clearance • Must be a U.S. citizen; the position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations • Preferred: experience recruiting cleared talent, particularly within DoD, federal government, and government contractors • Preferred: familiarity with federal contract requirements and security clearance processes • Preferred: experience recruiting for highly specialized technical or engineering positions
