📋 Description

• Manage clinical trial operations and project activities • Proactively identify, resolve or mitigate, and escalate risks and issues to the PM/PD and Head of Clinical Operations as necessary • Verify and ensure project team members, including CRAs, Site Managers, and CTAs, are trained in GCP, SOPs, indications, protocols, and study-specific procedures and requirements • Develop, review, and revise project documents, including clinical monitoring plans, CRF completion guidelines, study-specific operating manuals, and study-specific forms • Initiate corrective and preventative measures, such as updating study guidance documents, conducting retraining, and performing co-monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive clinical research lead experience in multiple studies • Experience managing the clinical part of studies in more than one region or equivalent study complexities • Experience with Phase 2/3 trials, ideally complex studies such as oncology or rare disease • Ability to work in a fast-paced small CRO environment and manage multiple projects • A minimum of a science-based bachelor’s degree • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
