📋 Description

• Handle medical information enquiries • Provide approved responses to medical enquiries from healthcare professionals, patients and pharmaceutical clients’ internal departments • Act as a call handling agent for the Medical Information dedicated call center • Prepare enquiry responses based on literature research • Collaborate with internal physicians and pharmaceutical client internal departments • Participate in out-of-hours medical information services for clients with contracted 24/7 enquiry handling

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in life sciences or equivalent advanced degree with experience • Customer service experience is an advantage • Fluency in English • Additional language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai or Korean preferred • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Process-oriented and critical thinking • Responsible approach to work duties
