📋 Description

• Create visually surprising and engaging creative work across multiple platforms and campaigns • Develop concepts and visual solutions aligned with approved strategic and creative marketing objectives • Shape visual direction of marketing and advertising campaigns from concept through execution • Collaborate with account management, marketers, strategists, writers, designers, and cross-functional teams • Present effective creative solutions to account executives and clients • Stay current on design trends, cultural shifts, creative tools, methods, and industry best practices • Contribute to strategic recommendations and tactical creative execution for client projects • Elevate the agency's creative standards through fresh ideas and innovative design approaches • Support successful delivery of client work in a fast-paced agency environment • Attend creative input meetings as needed • Use software programs and creative tools for creative execution • Manage concept development, design strategy, collaboration, and execution across projects • Perform other duties assigned by a supervisor or directed by the Company

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent portfolio of design work • Seasoned design professional • Strong design skills and commitment to craft and conceptual thinking • Experience creating visually surprising, captivating, and memorable work • Strong marketing and advertising knowledge • Effective communication and presentation skills • Skills across conceptual and technical disciplines • Proficiency with digital, print, and social media design • Experience making strategic and tactical recommendations for clients • Ability to collaborate with writers, digital designers, and other creative professionals • Proficiency with Apple Mac, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office • Curious mindset and passion for learning new skills and innovative design approaches • Authentic, visionary, and thoughtful approach to creative problem-solving • Agency experience preferred • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience preferred • Knowledge of digital strategies and best practices • Video production or editing experience preferred • Prior knowledge of Slack, Monday.com, and Trello preferred • Ability to sit for extended periods • Frequent alphanumeric keyboarding and use of standard software programs • Effective professional communication by phone and in person • Close vision, prolonged computer screen use, and ability to adjust focus • Portfolio link or PDF and resume required • Brief cover letter required
