📋 Description

• Contact English- and Spanish-speaking consumers throughout the United States • Follow provided scripts to gather opinions from respondents with experience using clients’ products and services • Quickly transcribe verbal responses • Deliver detailed, high-quality data to clients • Complete required online training and on-the-job training • Work independently from home during scheduled evening shifts

🎯 Requirements

• English and Spanish fluency/literacy required • Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills • Strong typing skills and ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses • Polite and friendly, punctual and reliable • Ability to persuade others and give verbal direction • Proficient with computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps • Ability to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently • Ability to adapt quickly to new policies and procedures • Enjoy working independently, self-motivated, and able to excel at repetitive tasks • Resume and completed application form required for consideration • Available for evening shifts, 15–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday; occasional Saturday shifts available
