📋 Description

• Provide administrative and sales support to loan originators and production partners • Collect and distribute documents and information pertinent to loan processing and underwriting • Assist loan originators and production partners in managing the pipeline of loan applications • Communicate with applicants on behalf of the loan originator/production partner regarding expectations and loan status • Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong service-oriented mindset • Excellent communication skills • Fluency in Spanish • Proven organizational skills • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task • Strong communication skills • Excellent time management skills • Ability to work across organizational boundaries • Strong problem solving capabilities • Experience with MS Office Suite • Knowledge of the mortgage loan process • One to two years of residential mortgage experience preferred • One to two years of experience with construction loans and/or renovation loan products • Fluent in English and Spanish • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to work at a desk using a phone and computer for extended periods • Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions • Ability to occasionally lift 10 lbs • Minimal travel <5%
