📋 Description

• Guide families from initial inquiry through confirmed start of care • Proactively follow up via phone, text, and email • Ensure required information and documents are completed on time • Help families navigate insurance requirements, including Tricare ECHO enrollment and referrals • Coordinate benefit verification and communicate next steps • Partner with billing and insurance operations to resolve issues • Explain patient responsibility, coverage, and expected costs • Set expectations around timelines, requirements, and readiness for care • Build trust while maintaining urgency and accountability • Collaborate with billing, operations, and partnerships teams • Surface blockers and drive resolution • Ensure clean handoffs when families are ready to start care • Assess family fit with Alpaca Health’s model and providers • Flag concerns and ensure alignment before services begin • Maintain accurate records and tracking across systems • Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and workflow improvement opportunities • Take on additional responsibilities to improve speed and quality of care access

🎯 Requirements

• Looking for a part time, weekend role • Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) • Deeply empathetic and able to push when needed • Communicate clearly and confidently around complex or sensitive topics • Highly organized with relentless follow-through • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems in real time • Take ownership and independently resolve issues • Must complete required application information, resume, and phone number • Must indicate U.S. work authorization or visa sponsorship status
