• Advise and enroll qualified applicants into programs of study aligned with their career objectives and academic needs • Build relationships with prospective students primarily through phone and email communications • Support prospective students through the application and enrollment process • Present accurate information about programs, objectives, enrollment processes, requirements, and content • Treat prospective and enrolled students with professionalism and respect • Prioritize the university’s philosophy of caring about students
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in marketing or a related environment preferred • Experience with MS Office • Experience with data entry and multi-line phone aptitude • Experience with reception and telephone techniques • High school graduate or equivalent required • Bilingual Spanish
