📋 Description

• Support real-time employee injury response by assisting with scheduled and on-demand eVisit requests • Conduct face-to-face, real-time video medical visits to support client assessment, documentation, and coordination of care and claims following on-the-job injuries • Collect and maintain incident documentation for active callouts • Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously • Calmly guide callers through safety steps and next actions • Conduct remote eVisit appointments via video and telephone • Collaborate with senior coordinators to manage incident workflows • Perform administrative tasks as required

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in 911 emergency medical response • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Bilingual in Spanish • NREMT or State EMT-B (or above) • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required • Phone experience in an office, dispatch, or recruiting environment • 1 year of experience in an administrative or office environment
