📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting • Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient • Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team • Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in Florida • Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus
