📋 Description

• Conduct online courses according to institutional guidelines, technology standards, and curriculum structures • Provide detailed, constructive feedback on assignments and proactive assistance to struggling students • Contact disengaged students by phone, email, or text to support retention and document outreach in the faculty portal • Strive to maintain a minimum 70% student success rate across assigned classes • Maintain accurate, current student grades and submit final grades at the end of each sequence • Monitor student progress and collaborate with Program Directors and Student Services Coordinators to address academic risks • Refer non-academic inquiries, including financial aid and transcript requests, to appropriate campus personnel • Participate in required in-service activities, faculty meetings, and ongoing professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or Professional/Doctoral degree (e.g., JD, MD, Ph.D.) from an accredited institution • Minimum of 18 semester credit hours (or equivalent graduate-level credits) in the specific teaching subject area • Current license, certification, or professional credential as required by local, state, or federal regulations to practice in the field, where applicable for core program courses • Prior experience instructing post-secondary courses in an online or asynchronous LMS environment is required • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), LMS platforms, and video-conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams) • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for digital interaction and remote mentorship • Reliable high-speed internet • Ability to read, comprehend, analyze data, and communicate effectively via written/oral instructions • Standard desktop office functions, including extensive computer usage, virtual platform communication, and digital document management
