• Manage assigned cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, which includes development of timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive stakeholder accountability • Identify project risks and escalate concerns to the Head of PMO with recommended solutions • Perform process walkthroughs to identify operational or financial reporting risks • Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to regular status reporting and portfolio visibility • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, tools, and governance processes • Support continuous improvement efforts within the PMO and promote adoption of project management tools such as Monday.com
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills • Ability to facilitate meetings and drive stakeholder accountability • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills • Self-motivated, driven, and collaborative • Bachelor’s degree or experience in a related field • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in cross-functional or enterprise environments • Experience with system implementations, integrations, or operational initiatives preferred • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal controls • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred • Experience on Monday.com or related project management tool
