• Design and produce eBooks, whitepapers, presentations, social media graphics, LinkedIn banners, infographics, sales collateral, and other marketing assets • Create event and sponsorship materials including banners, signage, advertisements, booth graphics, and promotional collateral • Manage Ethixbase360's social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn • Build and deploy marketing emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot • Set up and manage webinars using GoToWebinar • Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Canva AI, and similar technologies to improve marketing productivity • Support conference, event, and sponsorship logistics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role • Strong Canva and graphic design skills with experience creating professional marketing collateral • Experience managing corporate social media channels, particularly LinkedIn • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including email marketing, landing pages, forms, and reporting • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM • Experience in Wordpress or similar • Experience supporting webinars using GoToWebinar or similar platforms • Experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar technologies • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
