📋 Description

• Provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds client expectations • Support doctors and support staff • Continually improve service delivery to ensure clients are treated with respect and compassion • Answer a multiple-line phone system • Transfer calls quickly and accurately • Expedite emergency calls to triage staff members • Use extension numbers to reach employees throughout the network • Utilize voicemail and paging systems • Assist clients with directions to network hospitals • Troubleshoot problem calls • Use the appointment scheduler program for exams and procedures • Answer general veterinary information questions about the hospitals • Inform and assist clients with navigating and using the website

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • At least one year of successful Call Center or Medical facility experience preferred • At least one year of successful Hospitality Industry experience preferred • Excellent communication skills • Experience with a call volume of 80+ calls per day preferred • Ability to multitask • Computer literacy and basic computer skills • Ability to navigate new software • Fluent English skills, speaking and reading, required • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus • Must reside in New Jersey or plan to reside there in the near future
