📋 Description

• Implement Ramp Bill Pay, including invoice intake, approval workflows, vendor management, and payment processes. • Design and deliver the integration between Ramp and the client’s ERP/back-office system. • Map and validate vendor, invoice, GL coding, entity, and payment data between systems. • Implement integration methods, including APIs, middleware, or batch synchronization. • Lead integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and support go-live and stabilization. • Partner with Finance leadership and IT to resolve technical dependencies and establish sustainable processes. • Work independently with Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver against a fixed go-live deadline.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing Ramp Bill Pay and AP automation. • Experience integrating ERP systems with finance, accounting, or spend-management platforms. • Practical knowledge of APIs, middleware, data mapping, and system integrations. • Strong understanding of AP processes, vendor management, GL coding, and payment workflows. • Experience with PDI or Epicor CMS is highly relevant; experience with both is not required. • Ability to own implementation and integration deliverables rather than provide project management alone. • Available to start immediately. • Multi-entity, multi-currency, high-volume AP, or international payments experience is a plus.
