📋 Description

• Own a problem area across connected surfaces from definition to delivery • Research, design, write, test, measure, and iterate independently • Drive commercial outcomes including activation, conversion through regulated intake, retention, and adherence • Create designs that build trust in a regulated market • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research • Shape end-to-end patient experiences across weight loss, hair loss, and sexual health categories • Conduct research and usability testing • Set up and evaluate A/B tests and experiments • Contribute to information architecture, UX writing, and the Design System • Improve workflows and prototyping through AI tools

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 5 to 8 years in product design • Track record of owning problems end to end and influencing direction at a team level • Ability to define problems using research, data, and stakeholder input • Strong visual design craft in typography, spacing, colour, motion, and micro-interactions • Inclusive accessibility design expertise • Systems thinking across mobile and emerging AI-native interfaces • Product, commercial, metrics, and research awareness • Clear, specific, opinionated communication • Experience sharing work early and using critique to improve it • LLMs embedded in workflow • Experience prototyping in tools such as Claude Code and Cursor • End-to-end capability from problem definition and research through information architecture and UX writing • Ability to conduct research and usability testing • Ability to set up and evaluate A/B tests • Portfolio required, demonstrating commercial impact, design craft, Design System contributions, and AI-enhanced process; applications without a portfolio will not be considered • Patient-first mindset and understanding of clinical safety and care • Collaborative working across product, engineering, and clinical teams
