📋 Description

• Own the technical setup phase of onboarding, including API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, authentication, and security setup • Coordinate the complete onboarding lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and handoff to the Customer Success Manager • Troubleshoot integration failures, data synchronization problems, and configuration challenges • Build and maintain onboarding runbooks, integration guides, and scalable technical documentation • Escalate product issues to Engineering, report bugs with clear reproduction steps, and advocate for onboarding-related features • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff from onboarding to ongoing support • Define and track onboarding success metrics, including time to first value, technical blockers, and integration completion rate • Identify and communicate onboarding risks early and propose solutions to keep timelines on track • Support the Onboarding Manager with customer communication about technical topics and timelines • Help design and mentor additional onboarding engineers as the team scales • Report to Engineering while partnering with the Onboarding Manager on the customer journey

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer success engineering • Strong hands-on technical skills with APIs, data integrations, and troubleshooting technical problems • Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers and presenting plans to leadership • Experience managing customer implementations or onboarding from kick-off to go-live • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple customer onboardings and track details • Experience with CRM integrations such as Salesforce or HubSpot, or similar enterprise tools, is a plus • Consultative mindset and ability to understand customer needs and propose solutions proactively • High attention to quality • Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating technical depth • Must accommodate US East Coast working hours
