📋 Description
• Elaborate, issue, and follow up on scientific quotations • Manage ongoing activities related to quotations and customer requests • Maintain direct contact with intercompany customers by phone and email • Support sales communications and formulate commercial proposals • Follow up on requests for quotation and sample management • Manage sales lists • Maintain master data and customer requests in the CRM • Manage customer orders • Interface with different business departments to resolve logistical and administrative issues • Provide technical and commercial support to internal operational and commercial units in the Medical Device Market
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or another scientific field • Fluent English, written and spoken • German or Spanish would be a plus • Good knowledge of information technology and software
