📋 Description

• Partner with the Director, CRM to evaluate and optimize the underlying data architecture of the HubSpot platform, including object structures, properties, associations, and data flow • Design, build, and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows that support marketing automation, lifecycle stage management, and cross-functional business processes • Develop and refine segmentation strategies and active/static lists to ensure accurate, scalable targeting across email, SMS, and other CRM-driven channels • Build and optimize custom reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insight into campaign and program performance • Audit existing HubSpot configurations (properties, workflows, lists, and reports) to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for consolidation • Document data architecture standards, workflow logic, and segmentation rules to support long-term platform scalability and knowledge transfer • Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and analytics stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical HubSpot solutions • Ensure data integrity and consistency across HubSpot objects, integrations, and connected systems • Provide recommendations on HubSpot best practices, new platform capabilities, and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred • 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration or consulting experience, with specific depth in data architecture, workflows, segmentation, and reporting • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Data Management, Marketing Software, Reporting) strongly preferred • Experience supporting CRM or marketing operations teams in a consulting or contract capacity • Available to start immediately and commit to the engagement through December 31, 2026.
