📋 Description

• Analyze, debug, and resolve software bugs and vulnerabilities across diverse codebases • Implement new features and enhance existing functionality using Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript • Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability, security, and performance • Perform codebase audits, penetration testing, and other security assessments • Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks • Contribute to backend development • Optimize application performance for scalability and security • Document findings and suggest improvements • Provide real-world insights to improve AI training datasets • Apply cybersecurity expertise to help train next-generation AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in one or more of: Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript • Proven experience debugging, bug fixing, and backend development for complex systems • Strong cybersecurity background, including penetration testing, security audits, and vulnerability assessment • Proficiency in algorithms, codebase refactoring, and optimizing software for performance and security • Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly and concisely • Familiarity with secure software development lifecycles and modern threat landscapes • Experience contributing to AI-related or data-driven projects is a plus, but not required • No prior AI experience required • Must submit a minimum number of tasks per week • Must be ready to start first tasks within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding if selected
