📋 Description

• Design, build, and enhance scalable backend systems supporting LLM-driven products and internal platforms • Own infrastructure and services for reliable deployment, experimentation, and iteration of AI-powered systems • Collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver reusable, scalable solutions • Influence the technical direction and long-term architecture of EvenUp’s AI platform • Maintain high standards for reliability, performance, observability, and maintainability • Drive projects from early design through deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems with a focus on reliability, observability, and performance • Proficiency delivering production-ready code, managing infrastructure, and building RESTful APIs to industry standards • Experience owning and delivering complex technical projects • Success in startup or high-growth environments valuing speed, collaboration, and ownership • Proficiency in Python or other languages (Go, Java, C++) • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven cross-disciplinary collaboration
