📋 Description

• Own the contracting process by leading proposal reviews and negotiations with limited supervision • Interpret contract language, assess risk, and negotiate legal terms directly with clients before escalating to attorneys • Manage contract lifecycles and data governance for all client contracts • Administer the DealHub CPQ system, including approval workflows and document templates • Drive AI-enabled process improvements to reduce manual work, accelerate workflows, and improve reporting • Triage incoming contract requests, resolving or routing them and coordinating sales and legal teams • Maintain compliant contract documentation and produce legal matter reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules • Review and integrate legacy contracts following acquisitions • Advise leadership on contract obligations, risk, and negotiation strategy • Build relationships across sales, operations, legal, and finance • Lead or contribute to cross-functional contract administration and reporting projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field • 2+ years of contract administration or paralegal experience • 1+ years of experience at a SaaS or technology company • 2+ years of compliance experience preferred • Intermediate experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Experience administering DealHub or another CPQ tool is required • Comfort using AI tools or experience implementing automation-driven process improvements is a plus • Curiosity for contract language and legal terminology • Sharp attention to detail • Ability to explain complex terms clearly and manage expectations across sales, legal, and leadership • Ability to drive adoption of new processes • Problem-solving approach to contracts and workflows
