📋 Description
• Provide psychometric guidance for the development, validation, and maintenance of examinations • Develop examination blueprints and test specifications based on validated content domains • Establish and document defensible testing methodologies consistent with industry standards • Evaluate examination reliability, validity, fairness, and defensibility • Prepare technical reports and psychometric documentation for clients
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required • Minimum of five (5) years of professional psychometric experience • Demonstrated experience conducting job analyses, examination blueprint development, and standard-setting studies • Experience interpreting and communicating psychometric findings to non-technical audiences • Strong analytical and technical writing skills
