📋 Description

• Analyze real-world business processes and identify opportunities for automation. • Design and implement agentic AI systems that perform work across business applications while keeping humans in the approval loop. • Work with leadership and employees to understand operations and map workflows. • Identify bottlenecks, unnecessary steps, repetitive tasks, and opportunities for improvement. • Prioritize automation projects based on business impact, complexity, risk, and ROI. • Recommend when AI should and should not be used. • Build AI agents for email, CRM, meetings, onboarding, ticketing, documentation, reporting, marketing, lead qualification, proposals, project management, research, and administrative processes. • Design human-approval workflows for sensitive or consequential actions. • Integrate AI systems with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM, PSA/RMM, ticketing, marketing, project management, accounting, databases, knowledge bases, APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms. • Conduct client AI automation discovery sessions and map client processes after internal implementations are proven. • Design, test, deploy, document, monitor, and improve client AI solutions. • Train client employees and create approval and governance processes. • Establish standardized AI implementation packages and recurring managed AI services. • Build reusable architectures and templates and demonstrate measurable operational improvements. • Establish standards for human approval, security, testing, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced candidate; minimum experience is listed as "Experienced" without a specific duration. • Business-process thinking combined with hands-on technical ability. • Ability to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and translate requirements into AI-powered solutions. • Experience with agentic AI systems and large language models (LLMs). • Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, and AI APIs. • Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, and/or Microsoft Power Automate. • Knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, Python and/or JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and databases. • Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases/semantic search, AI tool/function calling, multi-agent workflows, MCP or similar protocols, and prompt/context engineering. • Knowledge of AI evaluation and testing and business process automation. • Understanding of or willingness to develop expertise in role-based access, least-privilege permissions, data privacy, credential/API-key management, AI data governance, logging/audit trails, human approval controls, error handling, rollback procedures, hallucination/reliability risks, pre-production testing, client-environment separation, and post-deployment monitoring. • Experience with MSPs, IT service providers, marketing agencies, or SMB technology environments is a significant plus.
