📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts • Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication • Conduct regular client check-ins, account reviews, and business reviews • Coordinate service requests with IT and Marketing teams • Ensure projects and ongoing services stay on track • Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client partnerships • Resolve client concerns while delivering an outstanding experience • Answer billing questions and follow up on invoices and outstanding balances • Coordinate billing adjustments and help clients navigate payment portals and billing processes • Review delivered services to help ensure accurate invoicing • Perform vendor reconciliations • Review ticket quality and documentation • Maintain detailed notes within Autotask PSA and other business systems • Collaborate with technicians, marketing specialists, and leadership • Help improve internal processes and client satisfaction • Represent EVERNET professionally in every interaction

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills • Professional and confident phone presence • Comfortable speaking with clients throughout the day • Exceptional organization and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities • Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home • Dedicated, distraction-free home office • Experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) preferred • Client Success or Account Management experience preferred • Marketing agency or digital marketing experience preferred • Autotask PSA experience highly preferred • QuickBooks experience preferred • Experience with ticketing systems and PSA platforms preferred • Microsoft 365 experience preferred • Familiarity with managed IT services preferred • Experience supporting law firms, healthcare organizations, accounting firms, financial institutions, manufacturers, or other professional service businesses preferred
