📋 Description

• Prepare and distribute recurring commercial performance reports, dashboards, and business review materials • Support weekly and monthly pipeline reporting processes • Maintain Salesforce data and support reporting activities with CRM Admin and COE teams • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across reports, dashboards, and business systems • Create, maintain, and enhance standard commercial reporting tools and dashboards • Support the Large Pharma Business Development team with Salesforce administration, account research, and operational projects • Support sales enablement initiatives, reporting requests, and ad hoc commercial projects • Document reporting processes, data definitions, and standard operating procedures • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field • One to two years of professional experience in business operations, sales operations, reporting, analytics, or a related field • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365 skills • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to learn new systems, business processes, and reporting tools • Self-motivated with willingness to take initiative and seek solutions independently • Ability to travel nationally 3–5 times per year • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
