📋 Description

• Monitor daily queue performance and escalate concerns to Workforce and Operations Managers • Skill and reskill Designers in the workflow application to achieve service level expectations • Reassign cases in real time as needed • Enter intraday schedule exceptions, including absences, trainings, and meetings • Monitor and escalate intraday schedule adherence and productivity • Onboard, track, and maintain employee profile data, including start dates and certified skills • Collaborate with the WFM Scheduler/Manager on volume and staffing trends • Handle reporting responsibilities • Oversee intraday monitoring and escalations for Digital Design teams • Collaborate with the Workforce Manager to ensure service level expectations are met

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Workforce Management, Analytics, or Reporting • Experience with workforce management tools and systems in non-call-center environments • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions to align workforce strategies with business objectives • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel • Familiarity with Verint Workforce Management is a plus • Ability to conduct up to 25% domestic travel
