📋 Description

• Serve as the clinical on-label subject matter expert regarding UNLOXCYT’s mechanism of action, administration protocol, safety profile, and clinical benefit • Support infusion site readiness by training nursing staff, pharmacists, and advanced practice providers on product handling, adverse event management, and patient navigation • Identify and respond to educational needs within assigned accounts and provide onboarding support to new prescribers or sites of care • Educate infusion center healthcare teams on immuno-oncology principles, infusion/injection techniques, adverse event recognition, and drug–drug interactions • Work with Sun Pharma commercial teams on strategic account planning and targeted execution • Represent Sun Pharma at local, regional, and national industry meetings • Use clinical insights and healthcare professional feedback to inform local field tactics and national strategy • Engage compliantly with patient advocacy organizations to support disease awareness and treatment understanding • Help develop internal training materials and contribute to field force education and clinical acumen • Collaborate with fellow CNE colleagues to ensure territory coverage and shared responsibilities • Assess the healthcare landscape and use analytics to develop clinical education plans • Evaluate engagement effectiveness and address gaps in educational needs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license required • BSN required; MSN or other advanced nursing degree (NP, APRN, DNP) strongly encouraged • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting • Minimum 5 years of clinical oncology/immunology nursing experience • OCN/AOCN/AOCNP certification desirable, or willingness to complete within 18 months of employment • 2+ years of field-based nurse educator or commercial educator experience preferred • Infusion experience strongly preferred • Experience with oncology biologics, immunotherapies, or buy-and-bill products strongly preferred • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Ability to translate complex science into engaging, patient-focused, actionable content • Exceptional organization and time management skills • Familiarity with PHRMA and Sunshine Act reporting requirements • Ability to learn new subject matter quickly and comprehensively • Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate and apply data • Experience and relationships with healthcare providers within the assigned geography • Must reside within the territory • Willingness to travel up to 70%, including overnight travel • Must be able to drive and have a valid license • Willingness to comply with vendor credentialing criteria, including vaccination requirements at healthcare facilities
