📋 Description

• Implement and manage new client Patient Services programs, including Hub, Patient Assistance, Copay/Affordability, and Direct-to-Patient programs • Manage client relationships and serve as a key contact throughout implementation • Track and manage internal workstreams, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the PMO Project Manager • Coordinate internal departments and personnel for design, configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support • Create implementation documentation, including Business Process Flows, Business Rules Documents, program correspondence, and enrollment forms • Approve system requirements documentation, including user stories, design documents, and data transfer agreements • Coordinate internal and external reviews of implementation documentation • Plan, organize, and coordinate projects, programs, and services for EVERSANA and Patient Services • Support contractual obligations, patient outcomes, and business results • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 3 years of EVERSANA experience in Patient Services and/or an applicable healthcare company for the Implementation Director level • Experience implementing Patient Services programs or managing complex Patient Services programs • Pharma client management experience • Travel of 10–20%, depending on client location and required client meetings • Availability for 40–50 hours per week, 5 days per week • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Previous biopharma Patient Services program implementation is desirable • PMP certification is desirable • Salesforce HealthCloud experience is preferred • Experience leveraging AI for process-efficiency opportunities is preferred • No licenses or certificates are required
