📋 Description

• Lead targeted secondary research, including desk research and secondary data analysis • Lead primary research, including interviews with key opinion leaders and insurance payers, with little to no oversight • Synthesize research insights into logical and effective client-ready recommendations • Independently run workstreams and/or entire projects • Handle day-to-day client-facing responsibilities • Ensure deliverable deadlines are met • Work with senior team members to present findings to clients • Assist with business development opportunities • Develop high-quality client communications and deliverables, including PowerPoint slides and Excel models • Communicate information clearly and concisely • Contribute to firm capabilities and infrastructure using disease-area or project-type expertise • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Train junior staff on best practices and guide professional development • Support a high-performance culture by modeling best practices for junior staff • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • At least 3 years of experience at a life science consultancy • Experience running projects and handling consultant-level responsibilities • Strong passion for and understanding of dynamics and issues in the pharma and biotech industries • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate verbal and written information in a logical, clear, and concise fashion • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to travel as required for client, stakeholder, or off-site meetings • Advanced degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration is preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week • Overtime and/or weekend/evening hours may be required to meet project deadlines
