📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on global labor and employment matters • Advise on discipline, terminations, anti-discrimination, harassment, disability law, leaves, reductions-in-force, and other employment issues • Prepare executive-level briefings, recommendations, and risk assessments for the Chief Legal Officer • Provide employment-law support for EU, UK, and APAC regions • Support employee investigations, discipline, international employee onboarding, and employment-law training • Manage employment litigation and support broader litigation, investigations, and dispute resolution • Manage statistical analyses for pay equity, compensation reviews, variable compensation, and reductions-in-force • Advise on temporary and contract employees and negotiate service agreements • Address employment-law issues in divestitures and acquisitions • Advise on employment contracts, non-competition agreements, confidentiality clauses, workers’ compensation, workplace policies, closures, staffing reductions, severances, WARN notifications, HIPAA, privacy, and Department of Labor reviews • Counsel on U.S. labor law, labor relations, union matters, NLRA charges, grievances, arbitrations, and protected activities • Counsel on ERISA welfare and tax-qualified plans, plan amendments, benefits changes, participant communications, benefits litigation, appeals, and administrative services agreements • Report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and support EVERSANA’s growth and talent strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school • Bar admission • 10–12+ years of relevant law firm and/or corporate law department experience • Global labor and employment experience with APAC, EU, and UK • Strong legal acumen and business judgment • Collaborative working style and experience working on teams • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills • Pragmatic approach and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to influence organizational outcomes through strategic legal counsel • Prior employment litigation experience required • Health privacy law expertise, including HIPAA marketing, GDPR sensitive personal data, and health data transfers, preferred • Prior in-house experience preferred • Broader litigation, investigations, or dispute resolution experience preferred • Ability to work 40 hours Monday through Friday • Ability to perform office-related physical requirements, including sitting or standing for long periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds
